A confidence experience for girls in that in-between stage… before the world gets too loud.

There’s an age where girls start to shift a little.

They’re not little kids anymore…
but not quite teenagers either.

And somewhere in there, something starts to change.

They begin to compare more.
Question themselves more.
Hold back a little more than they used to.

And I can’t help but think…

what if they had a space to just come back to themselves?

Mini Mepowerment is a small, cozy group experience
for girls ages 9–14.

So...What is this?

This isn’t a class.
It’s not therapy.
And nothing about it feels awkward or forced.

It’s just a safe, supportive space where they get to:

-be themselves

-connect with other girls

-feel a little more confident just being who they are

No pressure. No performing. No expectations.

What She'll Experience

  • Laughing, relaxing, and settling in at her own pace

  • Confidence building in a way that doesn’t feel like “work”

  • A space where she doesn’t feel judged or compared

  • Feeling seen without having to explain herself

  • That moment of realizing… “oh, it’s not just me”

  • Walking out a little lighter, a little more sure of herself

Throughout the evening, she’ll move through a mix of:

-fun, low-pressure connection activities

-creative moments that gently build confidence

-light, guided conversations (nothing heavy or uncomfortable)

-simple experiences that help her see herself a little differently

And she’ll leave with something meaningful to take home with her.

Is this a drop-off event?

Yes, this is a drop-off style experience.
That said, you’re absolutely welcome to stay for a few minutes at the beginning if your daughter needs a little extra time to settle in.

What if my daughter is shy?

That’s completely okay.
This space is designed to feel gentle, welcoming, and low-pressure. There’s never any expectation to speak or participate in a way that feels uncomfortable but we do encourage them to push a little outside of their comfort zone if it feels aligned.

What should she bring?

Just herself 🤍
Optionally: Snack and water bottle and/or her fave comfort item.

Will there be more Mini Mepowerment experiences in the future?

We plan to host a Mini Mepowerment Circle monthly with a different activity/focus each time.

I’m also always open to hearing what you and your daughters would love more of… so this can grow into something that truly supports them.
If this is something your daughter would love, this is just the beginning.

During this month's Mini Mepowerment Circle, girls will spend the evening creating personalized Summer of My Dreams vision boards while exploring the adventures, friendships, experiences, and feelings they want to create over the months ahead.
