1. Use of Website
You agree to use this site respectfully and not misuse, copy, or distribute content without permission.
2. Coaching & Content
Coaching sessions, courses, and digital content are for personal use only and are not medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Coaching is a collaborative, supportive process but you are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
3. Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in CAD. Payments must be made in full before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including graphics, text, logos, downloads, and course materials, is the property of House of Her Collective Inc. and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions require a minimum of 7 days' notice to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited without refund.
6. Limitations of Liability
House of Her is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of our content or services. You assume all personal responsibility for your engagement and participation.
7. Results Disclaimer
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support your growth. HOUSE of HER does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on your own actions, choices, and participation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
Welcome to HOUSE of HER. By accessing booking a retreat, you agree to the following policies:
Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of $250 CAD is required to reserve your spot.
- If you choose a payment plan, your deposit will accrue until the full $250 is reached. Your spot will be held during this time.
- This deposit covers accommodations, materials, and preparation costs and is non-refundable under all circumstances, except if the retreat is canceled by the Organizer.
Balance of Payment
Full payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in:
- Loss of your reservation
- Forfeiture of all payments made
- No refunds issued
Cancellations by Participant
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to:

Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
- 91+ days = full refund minus $250 deposit
- 61-90 days = 50% refund of total retreat cost minus deposit
- 31-60 days = 25% refund of total retreat cost minus deposit
- 0-30 days = No refunds
Additional Notes:
If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 30 days of your written cancellation.
No refunds or credits will be given for:
- Late arrival
- Early departure
- Flight cancellations or travel delays
- Illness or medical issues
You may transfer your booking to another participant, with Organizer approval, up to 14 days prior to the retreat start date.
Cancellations by Organizer
If the retreat must be canceled by the Organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to: acts of God, public health emergencies, insufficient enrolment, or any situation beyond our control), you will be given the option to transfer all payments (including your deposit) to a future rescheduled retreat OR receive a full refund
Please note: The Organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to:
- Non-refundable airfare
- Travel insurance
- Passport or visa fees
You are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
Trip cancellation
Trip interruption
Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuation
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have adequate and appropriate insurance coverage.
Medical Disclaimer
Your participation in the retreat is voluntary.
It is your responsibility to determine if you are physically and emotionally capable of participating in all retreat activities.
You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations prior to the retreat so appropriate accommodations (if any) can be considered.
Welcome to HOUSE of HER. By booking a boudoir photography session, you agree to the following policies:
Booking & Payment
Full payment must be made (or pre-session payment plan arranged) and is due before the session begins.
Fees cover preparation, scheduling, and materials, and are non-refundable under all circumstances except if the session is canceled by the Photographer.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected]
At least 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule your session. Fees are transferable once; additional changes may require a new booking fee of $500.
Sessions canceled with less than 7 days’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
Image Delivery/Ownership
Retouched images purchased will be delivered via a secure, password protected online gallery within the timeframe specified at booking.
RAW or unedited files are not provided. Digital files are not delivered until all products ordered have been delivered, if applicable.
Media Release
A separate signed media release is required before any images are used for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes.
No images will be shared publicly without your explicit, written consent.
Privacy & Comfort
Your privacy and comfort are our highest priority. You are welcome to bring a guest for support during your session (spouses are not permitted during the photography portion of the session but are allowed to attend the reveal and ordering appointment while friends or other support people are welcome throughout the entire experience. All sessions are conducted professionally and respectfully.
