The House of Her Garden Boudoir Experience is for women who are curious, nervous, tender and ready to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded and real, not performative.
This isn't about being sexy...
Garden Boudoir isn't about performing or becoming someone else for the camera.
It's about presence. Growth. Letting yourself be seen without roles, expectations, or the need to hold it all together.
The Garden is a metaphor; for becoming, for cycles, for softness with roots. Your session is designed to meet you where you are, and allow space for what unfolds.
Here's how it works...
We Connect First Feel free to book your free consultation. We start with a conversation. We will walk through your questions, your nerves, what the HoH Garden Boudoir Experience looks like, and your vision (even if that vision is "I have no idea").
Choose Your Date & Reserve Your Session Once you're ready, you'll choose your session date and reserve it with your session fee. The session fee is the only thing that is required to be paid up front to get you on the calendar.
Prepare for Your Photoshoot Receive your full prep guide, with tips and guidance on what to bring, what to wear and how to prepare, . You'll also have access to our curated lingerie collection (sizes xs-4xl) to style your experience and bring your fully embodied self to light.
Arrive at the Sanctuary Step into the intentional, private space of House of Her Studio in Innisfail.
Makeup (Optional: Hair) (Estimated at 1.5 hours) Relax as you receive full glam from our trusted artists creating the perfect look for your session. Hair is an optional additional $100 if you'd like to add to your pampering and look for the day.
Fully Guided Boudoir Session (Up to 90 Minutes) During your session, we will guide you every step of the way, from posing and movement to breath and expression. You will never be left wondering what to do.
Break + Private Reveal Enjoy a light lunch on us at our favourite place in Innisfail, while we prep and edit your images for your same-day reveal and ordering appointment.
Select Your Artwork Choose your favourite images and we will walk through all of the collections and product options that you have to preserve your confidence and images.
Choose Payment Option We have a variety of ways for you to complete your purchase of images and products depending on your needs. You can choose to pay in full (we accept all payment types), you can choose a collection or amount to pre-pay leading up to your session, enter into an in house payment plan (flexible length to work with your budget needs), or use our trusted third party lender, LENDCARE, for a Buy Now Pay Later option.
Artwork Creation + Delivery Once your final payment is complete, your images are magazine quality retouched (and designed if applicable) and finished artwork arrives, 6-8 weeks later, as physical reminders of your courage, beauty, and embodiment.
Carry This Transformation Forward Long after the session ends, you’ll carry the confidence, softness, and power you reclaimed during this experience.

A Few Common Questions
Do I need to be confident or experienced to do this?
Absolutely not. Most women who book a Garden Boudoir session have never done anything like this before. Confidence isn’t a prerequisite but it’s often the result. You’ll be guided through every step, and you’re never expected to know what you’re doing when you arrive.
I don't feel "photogenic". Is this still for me?
YES, especially then.
Being photogenic isn’t about having the “right” face or body, it’s about being guided, supported, and seen through a lens that knows how to soften, shape, and honour you. My job is to photograph you in a way that feels true, flattering, and real.
Do I have to be a certain size, age, or body type?
No. There is no requirement to fit a certain mold here.
Boudoir at House of Her is for all women, all bodies, all ages, all seasons of life. You don’t need to change yourself before showing up.
What if I feel awkward or nervous during my session?
That’s expected. Truly.
You won’t be left to “figure it out” on your own. We guide you through posing, movement, breath, and expression the entire time. Awkward moments happen and then they pass (with laughter). What usually follows is ease, softness, and often surprise at how natural it starts to feel.
What should I wear?
You’ll receive prep and wardrobe guidance before your session, and you’ll have access to the client closet as well. We’ll talk through what feels aligned for you, whether that’s lingerie, layers, fabrics, or something unexpected.
You don’t need to have it all figured out ahead of time.
Is Hair and Makeup included?
Professional makeup application with one of our in house stylists is included with your session fee (unless otherwise noted). Hair services are an optional pampering and style add-on for only $100.
How does pricing work?
Your session fee is the only thing required to be paid upfront to book your session.
Your images and artwork are chosen separately at your same-day reveal, once you’ve seen your photos. Collections range from $1500-$3600 with additional upgrade options available. Flexible payment plans are available if needed.
What if I don't like my photos?
This is a common fear and one I take seriously.
I don’t move into your reveal unless there is a strong, beautiful selection to show you. You’re never pressured to purchase anything you don’t love, and nothing is pre-decided before you see your images. The best part is that you only take home the images that you love and that you've chosen yourself.
Will my images be shared online?
Never without your explicit permission.
Your privacy is fully respected. Any images shared publicly are only done so with written consent after you're session is complete, and many clients choose to keep their session completely private.
How long does it take to receive my images and artwork/products?
Once your final payment is complete, your artwork is carefully finished and delivered within approximately 6–8 weeks. Albums and products are created with intention and care as they’re meant to last.
