For years, I thought my work was about helping women build confidence. The more I've grown, the more I've realized it's something deeper than that.

I'm endlessly curious about why we become who we become. I love connecting the dots between our experiences, our beliefs, and the stories we tell ourselves. Because I've learned that when we understand ourselves better, we stop fighting ourselves... and that's often where real transformation begins.

Photography, coaching, retreats, business, motherhood... they might seem like different parts of my life, but to me they're all connected. They're simply different ways of helping women see themselves with more compassion, more clarity, and a little more courage.

I don't believe you need fixing. I don't believe you need to become someone new. I believe you already have everything you need inside of you. Sometimes it just takes the right conversation, the right experience, or someone willing to ask the questions you've never thought to ask yourself.
